Starting up a new blog from nothing, mostly for kicks. I have various interests and hobbies to spew info about. This is really just a test post to get things started.
This weekend we went to a wedding and drove my wife's new Prius. It has a few months of free Sirius Satellite radio. I dont see us keeping the service, but there is a very cool channel on there called 'First Wave' which i guess implies 80's 'new wave' stuff. I always get my musical categories confused. Anyhow, this evening i am importing songs into itunes to create my own playlist like this channel. I own most of the CD's of that music anyhow that I like and can buy the rest one song at a time.
My big project right now is that I am building a full size, movie accurate, Darth Vader costume to wear for halloween and other events. I will probably spend most of this blog on that topic but i may occasionally rattle on about something entirely different. I really haven't had a blog since the livejournal days, and since i am pretty sure no one is interested in why i am in whatever mood i am in today, I will see if i can figure out the new era of blogging.. "Content is King?" maybe?
